Video: Max/MSP within Ableton Live

Here’s a quick bit of footage of Max For Live, a new Ableton/Cycling ‘74 collaboration which lets you make your own Live instruments and other devices with Max/MSP – from within Live!

I can’t wait to get my hands on this; I reckon the beat-locking capabilities of Live might be able to tame the ear-melting audio-warpery Max is so often used for, which can often get far too unruly to be remotely musical. Especially if you’re a Max novice like me.
